Join the Adventure: From Sign-Up to Trail Time

Following your initial contact via our preferred methods—email, text, or our intake form—we'll request pertinent details about your dog, including their name, breed, age, vaccination status, and any relevant health or behavioral information.This preliminary step allows us to thoughtfully assess compatibility, ensuring a harmonious integration into our pack.

If your dog is deemed a suitable candidate after our initial assessment, we'll arrange a Meet & Greet at your designated pickup location. This visit allows us to evaluate your dog's temperament, fitness, health, and confidence to ensure they're well-suited for integration into our pack.

You’ll receive an ETA about three hours before pickup for a seamless start. We use our own leashes and pick up directly from your home. New dogs are typically collected first and introduced to a small group of calm, capable pack members.

If off-leash isn’t pre-approved, they’ll start on a long line while we assess their pace, stamina, and focus. After the hike, they’re towel-dried and brought home. Dogs greet you with excitement—then nap hard. They return physically tired, mentally content, and calm through the next day.

You’ll receive photos or a short video from the trail.

We recommend a minimum of two hikes per week to start. This gives dogs the consistency to develop trail fluency and integrate into the group with comfort and confidence.

Some members reserve set days; others adjust week to week. We ask that weekly schedules be submitted by Saturday to help us manage group flow and availability.

If we’re at capacity, new members may be placed on a wait list. We’ll be in touch when the right opening becomes available.
